Wild things unfold throughout the atmospheric spaces of The Story Museum in their immersive exhibition '26 Characters'. Sail to a tropical island, walk through the wardrobe into Narnia, listen to stories, dress up and meet a talking throne. This weekend, The Isle of Anglesey (situated off the North West coast of Wales) hosts the Coastal Trail Series, a 10k marathon course. Anglesey has a dedicated coastal path running around the whole island. Be sure to check it out!

This weekend, Monkton Wyld Court hosts ‘Wyld Winter Walking Weekend for Families’, whatever-the-weather guided walks designed with children in mind.
Arrive at 10am for a cup of tea and a chance to settle into your room. The first walk will start at 11am followed by a hot lunch back at Monkton to warm up before setting out for a second walk in the afternoon. In the evening, relax by the fire with books and games in the piano room or, if the weather is dry, by the bonfire listening for owls. After breakfast on Sunday, there will be a final walk.
