When you make an enquiry through our website, phone or email we will contact you to double check all your requirements and to establish any further requirements you may not have thought about. We will source an apartment(s) to meet your needs and provide you with a quote(s).
You can then confirm your choice of apartment and book it, it is at this stage that the apartment will be held for you. Once you book you will receive an email confirmation together with the invoice(s). As soon as payment has been received you will receive a detailed booking summary, directions to the apartment and details of how to check-in and/or collect your keys.
We accept payment by bank transfer or by most major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless there is a prior arrangement.

If your booking is for a stay of over five weeks, we can , upon request, take payment on a monthly basis. As with all other bookings payment is due in advance of the period covered on the instalment payment.
Bookings made by Visa Credit Cards, Mastercard, American Express and Diner Club Card will incur a transaction fee.
Our team will advise you at the time of booking if we need to take a deposit. This can be requested at certain locations where we do not have staff on site.
Each property has its own individual cancellation policy, we will advise you of the cancellation policy when you book the apartment. It is part of our terms and conditions and should you accept a booking then you will be deemed as accepting those terms and conditions.

Once your payment is taken you will receive an email with all your check-in details. This will advise you as to whether you will either be met on arrival or receive instructions enabling you to access the apartment. Should you require a meet and greet then please speak to our team and we will endeavour to arrange this for you.
Check-in time is normally from 4.00pm, should you require an earlier check-in time then please do check with our team when you book or with at least 48 hours notice if the normal time does not meet with your requirements.
Check-out time can vary between apartments, generally the normal time is 10.00am. Please do check with our team as we may be able to arrange a late check-out time if the normal time does not meet with your requirements.
With most of the apartments pets are not allowed, but please do check with our team as we may have an alternative available for you.
Every apartment has either an employee on site or an on-call duty manager to take care of any unexpected problems. We will provide all these contact details along with your confirmation of booking.
